During my stay, I encountered several issues that marred my experience. The air conditioning was excessively noisy, disrupting my sleep, and the breakfast options were disappointing due to the unavailability of pancakes. Furthermore, the pool area left much to be desired. I noticed signs of neglect that raised concerns about cleanliness.

The room layout impressed me right away. A little counter by the door was perfect for dropping my keys and purse. I appreciated the nice touch of the bottle of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The two types of window shades offered excellent blackout options, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, and waffles, all delicious. However, not everything went smoothly. I had an issue with the air conditioning, which was too noisy at times. The breakfast pancakes weren’t available during my stay. The pool area needed some cleaning attention, and I noticed signs of neglect. Despite these setbacks, the staff responded to my queries promptly, showing attentiveness. I would definitely consider staying here again if the concerns are addressed.

I had a fantastic time with my friends! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the beds were super comfortable. We explored some local spots like Big Slough Wilderness for a scenic hike and enjoyed time at the Davy Crockett National Forest. Lots of great shops and restaurants were nearby, making everything convenient.

However, I did experience some noise from the air conditioning during my stay, which affected my sleep a bit.

It was an appropriate option for a weekend trip in Jacksonville with great value for the money. The staff was very friendly and gave me a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. Bring your own snacks since the hotel shop can be a bit pricey.
